Hawkman on Comixology

As part of their DC Comics affiliation, Comixology has added a Hawkman v.4 section on their site.  The first 5 issues are currently available, at a price point of $1.99 apiece.  This covers the first story of the volume and the first part of the reunion between the Hawks and Green Arrow.
